Storage and transportation

Storage is recommended at 10-40℃, and be careful to avoid direct sunlight. Strering or turbidity may occur during storage or transport at temperatures below 0℃. Heat to 20℃ before use and stirring. The shelf life of the well-packaged products is 24 months from the date of production under suitable storage conditions.

Special attention

Avoid direct contact with the skin. If you contact your skin, rinse it with soap and with water.

Application Message

Features and advantages:

Improve wetting performance, reduce grinding time and viscosity of abrasive; can increase coating luster, color strength, transparency and covering force; disperse organic pigment and carbon black dispersion, and can improve the content of pigment.

Application field

Water-borne wood coatings, water-based industrial coatings, water-based ink, resin-free pigment concentrate pulp are especially suitable for the production of stable resin-free pigment shrinkage pulp, pigment content of 30-60%. These pigment concentrate slurry can be used for repainting of a standard water-based substrate, such as an acrylic dispersion or a water-soluble acrylic resin.

Recommended dosage

Inorganic pigments 10-15% organic pigments 20-60% titanium dioxide 5-10% carbon black 60-120%

The above data are the empirical amount, and the optimal amount should be determined by a series of tests.

Add method guidance

Grinding can only be performed in water (without resin, amine and cosolvents). Mix the additives with water and then add the paint until it is well dispersed.
